Check out a new youtube video under - apex acrobatics
A superbly conditioned female athlete lifting and balancing her male partner - without any visible sign of strain our effort - one of the best exhibitions of female strength I have ever seen.
Please can somebody more web-savvy provide a direct link - and also save the video elsewhere,
Google apex acrobatics - they are based in Bristol, England UK --anybody with any contacts to arrange an invite for them to appear at the Arnolds etc .

That's good stuff. The strongwomen at Muscle Beach used to do this sort of thing in the 40s and 50s.  I think the term was "understander"?

Doughdee Marie also did this in her shows, in the 80s and early 90s.

GREAT job, Paul Thomas. Approve And, an excellent idea for the Arnolds.

Those years of dance pay off, no?  If one ever wondered about the importance of having very good technique when lifting, THIS would be a definitive example. A primer for lifting with the legs. And, her ability to BALANCE Shocked....   Not to mention that her abs have to be off the charts.

Thanks, again for this, my man.

Do they call themselves The 2Trux? I have seen a show of them on TV a few years ago.

That is quite impressive.  Too bad there wasn't much much in the way of close-ups on the woman.  At the very end you can definitely tell she has some nice shape to her arms.

Love the skull and crossbones banner behind them, and "tender feelings" music.  Wish I could get a closer look at her, as I'm sure most guys did.
