To date this video top's the list as #1. Not only is Valentina Chepiga the Jan Tana 2000 champion, she can now add Ms. Olympia Heavyweight Champion to her list of accomplishments. Valentina brings a new aspect to female bodybuilding, that being good muscle but very proportioned. The IFBB has clearly changed the way they judge female bodybuilders. The IFBB is looking for feminine looks like good skin tone etc. Under the new judging rules Valentina truly fits the bill.

Valentina speaks Ukrainian and grew up in the Ukraine. Though I'm not entirely positive, I'd assume Valentina will be moving to the United States to train. Fast Twitching Video hit all cylinders when producing this video. The quality and thought put forth is absolutely unquestionable. This is undoubtedly James Cook best work, the cinema photography and post production results are top notch. I had absolutely no problems capturing beautiful snap shots of Valentina at resolutions of 640 X 480. The delay in the launch of this video was understandable considering the sweet, subtle special effects which were produced for this video. James Cook has truly set the standard for quality physique videos.

Enough with my praises, let me tell you about what you can expect to see in this video. We meet up with Valentina at the Airport. As she walks through the airport everyone is turning heads over her goddess like physique. Valentina wears a nice, revealing summer dress as she struts through the airport. Before heading to the hotel, Valentina does some grocery shopping. Somehow.. she's wearing a different outfit at this point. ; ) Hmm.. I can't really describe the outfit, just look at the snap shots (parking lot shot or pineapple shot). After gathering all her goodies, Valentina returns to her hotel room. After a long flight, Valentina changes into her silky pink night gown.

The next day we hit the gym for an interview and a workout. Valentina is interviewed by a beautiful Ukrainian speaking blonde (snap shot). Both these ladies are hot.. few!! The interview talks about her recent Jan Tana 2000 win and her training regiment. I think we all want to learn some Russian/Ukrainian after watching this video.
