After the interview, Valentina sets out to do her gym routine. Valentina's gym routine runs about 20 minutes
in length. Some of her routines include bicep curls, tricep and back pull-downs, calve press and leg curls.
Valentina does some nice posing while doing her exercises. Valentina has unbelievable abs, you can totally see
her six pack. The video closes off with a pose down session in the studio. Valentina really gets down to business
at this point, she heats up screen while hitting her poses.

Welcome to the new wave of professional female bodybuilding physiques people!! You can't say many negative things
about Valentina. She has stormed onto the bodybuilding screen by winning both Jan Tana 2000 and Ms. Olympia
2000. She may not have big muscle that some people expect; however, she has excellent symmetry from head
to toe. It has taken Valentina many years to build her awesome physique. Not only do you get to see a top notch competitor
in this video, you get the best quality video photography.
What's the bottom line?
Just get it if your a fan of female bodybuilding. Big muscle isn't in the rule book anymore.
Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if this video sells out.
