Sheila Burgess stars in Redhead Hot, which is a wrestling/domination type video. The video progresses through several different scenes. Redhead Hot starts off with a domination scene. Sheila gets back to the apartment/house to find her lamer boyfriend reading muscle mags. Sheila gets really mad because he's gawking over a beautiful muscle maiden. So Sheila teaches him a lesson by wrestling/dominating him to submission. Basically, Sheila shows him who his is "Daddy", that being her. I must admit the whole scene is fairly aggressive.

In the next scene, Sheila poses in several different sexy outfits. She does some bicep flexes along with showing off her physique. From flexing her beautiful calves to her upper body, Sheila shows us her stuff over and over again. In the final posing scene near the end of Redhead Hot, Sheila poses naked. The viewer truly gets to see all of Sheila in Redhead Hot.

The rest of the videos spans in and out from a gym workout to the wrestling lessons back in the apartment. Sheila doesn't perform a full-blown workout for the audience, but rather an overview of her muscular assets. Sheila does a lot of bicep poses and curls in the gym. Throughout the entire video she keeps telling lamer boy how pathetic he is. Sheila demands he clean up his mess, he refuses and so continues the wrestling/domination.

Final Thoughts
Again, World of Muscle released a really good video. The audience gets to see Sheila Burgess's entire assets, plus an interesting domination theme, which plays out through the entire video. Sheila's physique is pretty muscular. I would have liked a little more gym workout parts to show off her strength. If you're making a video emphasizing strength and domination, it would be logical to have Sheila lifting big weight in the gym. Sheila played her role very well, and by the looks of it... she really enjoyed playing the role. .
