The Women's Muscle Power 10 video features a wide array of muscular and beautiful feminine figure muscle. When we talk about Figure Physiques, we are talking about smaller, learner, and less bulky female bodybuilding physiques. Figure class competitors are required to execute standard bodybuilding poses, and should not to be considered fitness competitors. This should clear things up a little for our North American readers. 

Diane Jardim and Catrina Ingram perform a spectacular workout and posing session in this video. Both women are well cut and muscular. The opening for Muscle Power 10 shows Andrulla Blanchette pumping up before a competition in a green gym shirt. 

The first featured physique star is Terri Roberts, who is a champion figure competitor from Australia. In fact, she fulfilled her life long dream by winning the Figure Class Universe title in the UK last year. Terri poses in a sensual black dress, flexing her bountiful biceps and legs for the audience. The entire sequence is shot poolside on a beautiful sunny day somewhere down under. Terri legs are well shaped and cut, as you will be able to see in this video. We quickly move into another posing and flexing scene with Terri showing the audience her tanned, muscular skin in a white workout top and tightly fit shorts. We finally see some stage posing of Terri and her competitive counterparts at the 2000 NABBA championships. 

After the stage routine by Terri at the NABBA championships, she returns poolside for some more posing and pumping in a sparkly red bikini. She flexes hard for the audience, the music is busting out at this point in the video. Eventually, we leave Terri Roberts, and travel to FIBO in Germany to see Tanja Baumann.

Tanja is a beautiful and busty young fitness competitor. Tanja won the Aerobic Fitness Class at FIBO, which is one of the five classes being contested. Since Tanja is a World Sport Aerobic Champion, her flexibility is incredible and her stage presence top-notch. Tanja is confident on stage that's for sure, and she is definitely a world class fitness competitor. 

Lisa Masson is a blonde bombshell from New Zealand. Her on stage routine is shown plus her backstage pumping and prepping. The spot with Lisa is relatively short, as we soon move into the incredible workout session with Diane Jardim and Catrina Ingram. Both women are Australia's hot new bodybuilding talent, they both compete in the figure class. Diane seemed to be more attuned to being in front of the camera, whereas Catrina appeared a little shy. Actually, I thought the shyness of Catrina was sexy and cute. She was my favourite competitor in this video, and so was Tanja Baumann. I'm sure most viewers will enjoy watching Ms. Jardim pump and flex, she possesses a robust figure physique with the entire aesthetic package to boot. 

There are so many other women featured in this video the list goes on. Lorraine March is a notable mention, as she is featured pumping and posing in an intimate setting in a local gym. Lorraine has a good six-pack showing, plus long, flowing blonde hair. The video closes with Andrulla Blanchette posing on stage at the 1998 Ms. Olympia in Prague.
