Yvette Bova begins her day by going outside to her mailbox. All of a sudden a strange, beer bellied man approaches her, seemingly lured to her bountiful beauty and muscularity. As she leaves to return home, the haggard, poorly dressed stranger follows her home. Lynn McCrossin soon hears the commotion outside as she pumps some iron in her homemade gym in her garage. Lynn quickly storms from her workout, and demands to know what's happening. The muscle struck Dick Burns, simply wishes to carry Bova's mail home as a generous gesture. Lynn tells Dick where to go, and demands he get the hell back home.

After the encounter, Lynn invites Yvette to her humble abode for a steamy, hot workout. Yvette accepts her gracious invitation, and they begin pumping some serious iron. Squat rack, dump bells, tricep curls are just a few body parts they slam and pump. Lynn closes the garage door, an intuitive signal for the audience the workout will be steamy and sensual. Lynn soon finds herself mesmerized by Yvette's' stunning physique. Lynn begins putting on some subtle muscle moves, in an effort to gain Yvette's attention. Both women soon share their thoughts and opinions about competition preparation. Lynn asks Yvette to hit some poses to see how her conditioning is coming along for an upcoming competition. Both women have their laughs as they synchronously warm up their guns with some continuous bicep curls.

Yvette seems completely oblivious to Lynn's seductive interests. As per the course, Lynn is the aggressor and pursuer in this video. Yvette's shy, farm girl attitude, is easily opened to Lynn's desires. As Yvette returns home from their workout, she begins to think about the great friendship potential with Lynn. Pec Panther on the other hand, has very sensual and lustful thoughts about Ms. Bova after their encounter.

The weekend arrives, Lynn and Yvette begin to build a closer friendship together. After some relaxing white wine, the women begin to enjoy their new found admiration for each other. After a relaxing toe and back massage from Lynn, Yvette begins to show off her bountiful assets as requested by Pec Panther. They soon find themselves pumping and posing for each fully exposed in the Jacuzzi. They message and touch each others' muscular physical assets for some a good amount of time in the Jacuzzi.

After a fun weekend in the Jacuzzi, the two muscle maidens decide to enjoy the great outdoors on a sunny day by a fast, flowing, rocky creek. Both women pump and pose for each other, they are definitely enjoying their muscles and the way they move.

Final Thoughts
From a production standpoint, the quality and post-production effort is the best I've seen from Rich at Impulse Productions. The chapters on the DVD are easy to navigate. You can easily jump to the different scenes within the entire video. Lynn McCrossin and Yvette Bova played their roles extremely well on screen. I'm also certain they thoroughly enjoyed making this film. Yvette Bova brings a sexy, muscular, busty, farm girl style to the audience, while Pec Panther brings her aggressive, open and honest attitude as always. The progression of Muscle Moves is tasteful, and sensual. Muscle Moves is a trademark Impulse Production 
video in my humble opinion.
